On the side of my education I love getting involved in new projects by helping build models from real data! I typically charge about $60 per hour, but can adjust this.

We all know how valuable statistics and machine learning is in nearly every discipline nowadays. But from classical hypothesis testing and linear regression to modern deep learning and big data, how do we know what approach is best for a particular scenario? I believe that in order to answer this question, one needs a firm understanding of the data at hand combined with strong knowledge of, and experience using, each possible statistical and machine learning approach.
